Current and prior commercial development includes office, multifamily, and senior housing assets in the Northeast, with premier developments in Manhattan and Connecticut.
Rodgers Development seeks to construct or acquire value-add real estate assets to provide significant returns on investment. Asset class includes opportunistic or ground-up multifamily, office or age-restricted properties.

Jonathan D. Rodgers
Chief Executive Officer
As the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Jonathan is responsible for initiating strategic commercial real estate development operations. He facilitates discussions with and between all roles and functions of the deal flow and leads strategy formulation informed by those discussions. It is his responsibility to grow Rodgers Development as a “company of leaders,” provide the means for successful decision-making and execute on those ideas and decisions.
Thomas J. Rodgers (Jack)
President
Jack joined Rodgers Development in 2004 as its Chief Operating Officer and became the company’s President in 2007. He spearheads the efforts of all departments within the organization in successfully executing Rodgers Development’s short- and long-term strategic plans. Prior to joining Rodgers Development he held a senior position at Fleet Bank, now Bank of America, and served as a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
